WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty period for all preowned products has already mentioned in their description. If during the warranty period, you face any issues with your console then you can bring your console to our main store in OLD LAJPAT RAI market ( complete address mentioned in website). or,
You can courier your console with its invoice attached to the same address of our main store as mentioned above, As soon as we recieve your product we will start working with the issue, and after the issue is resolves we will ncourier it back to you. ( Note – courier charges from both end needed to be paid by customer only)
If you bring your console by yourself to the main store then you will have to wait until the issue is resolved. Depending on the issue with your product, It may take upto 1 hour to 30 days of time to resolve it, so in case of major issues you might will have to leave your console at the store and revisit again when it is repaired.

In case of jailbreaked consoles warranty will be void in the following cases and we will not be bound for any further assistance :-

If you connect internet to the console.
try to run any cd.
